To copy and paste text:

1) open /your program/ that has the text you want to copy.
2) use mouse to select text by holding down the left mouse button and drag mouse over the text to copy.
3) go to top of /your program/ window and click on the menu item ‘_Edit_‘ then click ‘_Copy_‘
4) open your browser and login to the blog site.
5) start a new ‘Post’ and put your mouse in the text area for the post text.
6) go to the top of your browser window and select the menu item ‘_Edit_‘  then click on ‘_Paste_‘.

That will be your “copy and paste”.
